Rules and guidelines for using Mio.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mio mobile application ("App") operated by Novikov German Oleg, IE (DUNS: 933896802), located at Sayat Nova 19/1, Yerevan, Armenia ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Mio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Mio is a baby tracking and parenting assistant application that allows you to:

• Track your child's sleep (with Lock Screen Live Activities), feeding (breastfeeding, bottle, solids), diapers, growth measurements, and milestones
• Receive AI-powered answers to parenting questions via text, voice, or photo
• Access personalized AI-Cards and developmental insights (with Mio Plus subscription)
• Set smart reminders and local notifications
• Sync data across your Apple devices via iCloud
• Sign in securely with Apple Sign In

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Mio. The App is intended for parents and caregivers — it is not designed for use by children.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Features

Mio offers core tracking features for free. Advanced features (AI-Cards, extended insights) are available through a Mio Plus subscription.

4.2 Billing

• All subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. AI Assistant Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated responses. By using the AI Assistant, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

6. User Content & Data

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

6.2 License

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings or by contacting us at info@miobaby.app. Deletion is permanent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Use the AI Assistant to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its content
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, features, code, and content (excluding user data) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• "Mio" name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any health decisions made based on AI Assistant responses.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
