Is Mio free?

Core features (sleep, feeding, diaper tracking, growth charts, reminders) are free forever — including 10 AI messages per day. Mio Plus removes the daily limit, unlocks AI-Cards, and advanced insights.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Mio, and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the App. This permanently removes all your data. You can also email us at info@miobaby.app to request deletion.

Is the AI safe to trust?

Mio's AI is trained on pediatric guidelines and provides informational guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for health concerns.

Can both parents use it?

Yes. Your data syncs via iCloud, so both parents can track from their own devices.

Does Mio work on Android?

Not yet. Mio is currently available on iOS. Android support is planned.
